This policy applies to one-time credit purchases made for Perchance AI through NOWPayments hosted checkout. Credits are digital goods that unlock usage across supported Perchance AI tools.

2. Refund Review Process

Refunds are not issued automatically. Each request is reviewed manually because NOWPayments transactions are processed through cryptocurrency networks and may already be settled on-chain.

When contacting support, include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your Perchance AI order ID
  • The NOWPayments invoice ID or payment ID, if available
  • A brief explanation of the issue

3. When a Refund May Be Considered

We may review and approve a refund or account credit in cases such as:

  • You were charged but credits were not delivered after payment was marked as finished
  • A duplicate charge occurred for the same intended purchase
  • A technical issue on our side prevented the purchased credits from being used as described

4. When a Refund Is Usually Not Available

  • Payments marked as partially paid, failed, or expired by NOWPayments
  • Completed purchases where credits were successfully delivered and used
  • Market movement, network fees, or exchange-rate changes related to cryptocurrency payments
  • Requests made without enough information to identify the payment

5. Review Timing

We aim to review refund requests within 3 to 5 business days. If additional verification is needed, the review may take longer. If a refund is approved, the return method and timing will depend on operational constraints and the original payment context.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Contact support before initiating a payment dispute. Opening a dispute without first contacting us can delay investigation and may lead to account restrictions while the issue is reviewed.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
